Small Tweaks to the Forum! 08/04/2026

Hi everyone! We’ve made a couple of updates to how support is showcased and error logging in-game. This is all aimed to help us respond to you faster and more reliably.

removedWe’ve removed the error log channel from the forum. While it was useful, reports there could sometimes be missed or take longer to reach the right team. This is to encourage outreach to support ensuring issues are seen and logged correctly.
addedNEW: Improved access to Help Centre & Support.
addedTo combat the above, we added a button link to our support system directly.
changedWe know many of you are also waiting on bug fixes and QoL improvements - and we hear you. We hope these changes are part of improving how we handle those reports behind the scenes so we can act on them better.
