The long-awaited Dutch Auction is finally live! 💰

Designed for livestock with a lower pedigree than the regular auction system, the Dutch Auction gives more players a chance to get involved!

However, if you're looking to get the best results, now's a great time to focus on breeding score and State Fair participatio n to increase your animals' value before putting them up for auction.

Of course, you can always take a gamble and throw some lower-valued animals into the mix.. you might just walk away with more than you expected.

How do Dutch Auctions work in-game?

  1. Broker will offer a 3x multiplier.

  2. The clock begins for the auction.

  3. The price will gradually decrease over time, until a player decides to hit the ‘buy’ button.

  4. If livestock is not sold within the auction time of 24 hours, it will be sold to the market at market value. (In this release, you will get your livestock back after the 24h expiration if it's not been sold. With the Consignment patch release, we will add this stage 4.)

This is a high-risk, high-reward style auction.

Note: Only animals that have been bred can be sold via the Dutch Auction. If your Livestock does not immediately show in the paddock, please refresh the app.

Happy bidding to all!
