Game Update Announcement - Eco-Editor Update
Custom Ecology Drawing
Now you can paint ecosystems directly on the map in Map Editor -> Edit Ecology
11 diverse ecosystem types available:
Hot desert
Cold desert
Savannah
Steppe
Tropical seasonal forest
Temperate deciduous broadleaf forest
Tropical rainforest
Subtropical evergreen broadleaf forest
Taiga
Tundra
Snow-covered land
Each ecosystem affects:
Population cap
Population growth rate
Special products
Troop movement speed
Home field combat efficiency
Population cap and special products recalculate as you paint!
Other New Features
New button to refresh rivers and sea lanes (located below the Erase Land tool)
Increased maximum radius for province editing brush
Improvements
Added logic to assign random religion to countries when loading maps without certain religion mods installed
Bug Fixes
Fixed issues with destroyed provinces not unloading correctly
Resolved save loading errors caused by incorrect war objects
Fixed camera movement when typing in text boxes
Corrected update issues in the country panel when certain mods aren't installed

Recent updates have focused on the editor

River and sea lane drawing tools
Import grayscale height maps
Simulation logic updates will follow once major editor features are complete
