Hotfix V0.013

Quests now correctly display their base terrain after loading a savegame. Lands did not save their general terrain type. This was needed for lands with variable types like Explorer's Guild.

Unfortunately when loading a V0.012 savegame it is not possible to know what the type was so a new one which is valid is assigned, this has almost no effect in game play though.
