Evil Punk Hotfix 1.4.1 Patch Notes
Our latest hotfix 1.4.1 is here, adding major changes, addressing bugs, improving features, and setting the stage for a smoother gameplay experience. Here’s what’s new:
Major Changes
Flickering/Shaking Problem Fixed! Melee Weapon Added
Killing an enemy with a melee weapon now guarantees a magazine drop!
Improvements
Enemy Drops:
Collected Grenades now automatically go to the belt. So you don’t have pick them up manually.
Duration of drops is now visible with effects.
The 3D objects and their effects have been adjusted.
Level 3- Boss:
Only the active tower is now highlighted with a light.
The special attack effect has been changed. Boss now creates hurricanes.
Shop Wave:
Item stats and their effects are now displayed on the item card.
After weapon purchase, newly spawned magazines go directly to the player’s belt.
Wave System:
The end wave now displays a "Boss Wave" warning.
During shop waves, players are warned with a "Go to church" message.
Weapon Purchase:
Weapon stats are now permanently displayed on top of the weapons.
Weapons purchased from the Wave Shop replace the previous weapon correctly.
You can now try your weapon in the polygon area with unlimited ammo spawns in the shooting area.
Shotgun:
Shotgun pump sound is now manual.
Shotgun magazines now correctly go to the player’s belt.
Weapons:
Weapon recoils have increased when held with one hand.
Automatic weapon sounds have been rearranged.
Grenades:
Players can now place grenades on both sides of the belt.
UI:
Added a "Restart Level" option to the death screen.
Wave sign adjustments have been made.
Design adjustments have been implemented.
Settings:
Graphic settings are now saved and loaded in-game.
Camera Shake:
Camera shake has been disabled when zombies hit the player.
Gun Shop:
Gun price displays have been fixed.
Height Adjustment:
Players can now arrange their height.
Input:
Jumping has been removed and replaced with the settings screen.
Inputs are now compatible with Steam VR.
Turrets:
Turrets now have muzzle effects.
Main Menu:
Added an "Exit" button.
Bugfixes
Starting Revolver bullets now automatically come to the player’s belt at the start of the game.
Belt and player height options are now saved and loaded in-game.
The in-game player and menu player positions have been corrected.
Wave Shop prevents item purchases when item slots are full, and players no longer lose money.
Wave Shop weapons purchased now have proper damage values.
Magazine count no longer goes into negative values.
AK-47 and SMG material issues have been fixed during upgrades.
Starting area level select menu collisions have been rearranged.
Muzzle shoot rotation has been fixed.
Fixed the incorrect scaling of the growing image.
