addedNextfest DemoThe Demo version of EverRail will release on Monday 23rd February and will be available for the following week as part of Steam’s Nextfest event. The demo version is a super early look at the game, introducing our basic mechanics and systems, letting you get your first look at it! Even better, you can play with your friends in our 2 - 4 player co-op mode! So, what can you do in the EverRail demo? Well, handily, we have this graphic, which not only shows what’s available in the demo, but what we plan on adding before our Early Access release in Q2 2026!
addedNextfest DemoAs you can see, there’s plenty to explore in our demo, which you can play as much as you like, but will be time limited to 2 hours for each attempt, meaning you’ll have to restart after that time ends. After Nextfest, we’ll be taking down this version of the demo and replacing it with a new demo closer to launch, which will be updated throughout development.
addedEarly AccessWhen we enter into Early Access, we plan on having an update out to you all every 6 - 10 weeks, and while we have all sorts of ideas about how to develop the game, there’s nothing quite like the feedback and suggestions we get from you, the players. Our intention for Early Access is to work with our community to create new features, mechanics and systems, as well as refining the ones already in place. This really will be a collaborative effort from the get go, so please do let us know what you think, as we’ll be using feedback from the demo to guide our priorities going into Early Access.

Hello again Conductors!

We’ll have a bit of a departure (pun intended) from our normal weekly posts, to make sure you all know about the upcoming Nextfest Demo, how you can take part, what you can do to help us with the development of the game going forward and what our plans are! As well as that, we’ll be telling you how you can get involved in creating the world that EverRail is set in!

Nextfest Demo

The Demo version of EverRail will release on Monday 23rd February and will be available for the following week as part of Steam’s Nextfest event. The demo version is a super early look at the game, introducing our basic mechanics and systems, letting you get your first look at it! Early Access

When we enter into Early Access, we plan on having an update out to you all every 6 - 10 weeks, and while we have all sorts of ideas about how to develop the game, there’s nothing quite like the feedback and suggestions we get from you, the players. Our intention for Early Access is to work with our community to create new features, mechanics and systems, as well as refining the ones already in place. Creating the World of EverRail

The lore of EverRail is malleable. We have a skeleton planned, which creates the shape of the world, but there are details which we want your help in deciding! From next week, on our Discord, we will be holding weekly polls and discussions which allow you to decide on some of the fundamental facts which will shape the ongoing world of EverRail. Make sure you join our Discord and sign up for the EverRail role so you don’t miss out!
