Erebos Loop changes
Attention Operatives,
Command has deployed a significant operational update across the Loop, introducing new systems aimed at improving navigation, survivability, and tactical depth.
This release includes the following changes:
Clearance Level System
Operatives can now gain Clearance Levels within a Loop. Higher clearance unlocks Upgrade Cores, which modify weapons and shields to provide new tactical options during a run.
More Impactful Combat and Traversal
Enhanced visual feedback, including improved hit reactions and enemy explosions, makes combat clearer and more satisfying. Thrust behavior has been refined for better control. Thrust can now destroy certain environmental obstacles, enabling more aggressive movement.
Expanded Enemy Behaviour
Each hostile species now exhibits distinct movement patterns and attack behaviors, requiring sharper observation and adaptation.
SynthHeal Deployment
New SynthHeal kits have been deployed in Shards and HoloRooms to aid Operatives, restoring a small amount of health when used.
Improved UI
A new in-game minimap has been deployed to assist with navigation within Shards.
New Achievements
Additional achievements have been added to reflect progress through Clearance Levels and upgrade experimentation.
