If on, any quest can be completed even if its prerequisite quests have not been completed. Off by default. * Fixed mobs not being able to leave lily pads * Fixed duplication bug with shift right clicking in multiplayer + Added tooltips for tools * Hopefully fixed a bug with sheep not being able to be sheared
