changedThe game shop is ready to open for business! We’ve spent some time staring at spreadsheets and tweaking numbers, but we’ve finally landed on a pricing structure for skins and items that feels just right. To get the economy balanced, we didn't just throw darts at a board. We put our level designer, Andrej, to work. He’s spent the last few days marathon-running the game on the highest difficulty, hunting down every hidden special coin and collecting every statue head in sight.
changedWe wanted the shop to feel rewarding, not like a grind-fest. Here’s how we calculated the "Andrej Standard".
addedWe added extra breathing room to those prices, so you don't have to be a literal god at the game just to afford a new skin.
changedPrices do not change based on your difficulty setting. Whether you’re playing for the story or the challenge, the costs remain the same.
changedOur goal was to get an achievable shop, yet with a bit of a genuine challenge. We want you to feel that rush of dopamine when you finally unlock that elite skin, knowing you earned it through exploration and skill.

We wanted the shop to feel rewarding, not like a grind-fest. Here’s how we calculated the "Andrej Standard".

  • Prices are based on what a high-skill player can earn on a Hard run.

  • We added extra breathing room to those prices, so you don't have to be a literal god at the game just to afford a new skin.

  • Prices do not change based on your difficulty setting. Whether you’re playing for the story or the challenge, the costs remain the same.

Our goal was to get an achievable shop, yet with a bit of a genuine challenge. We want you to feel that rush of dopamine when you finally unlock that elite skin, knowing you earned it through exploration and skill.
