Repeated intro
Hey people! This update comes mainly with changes in the exhaustion mechanic and the option to disable it. Also, it comes with some bug-fixes and new keys.

Base time is now 40 minutes
Physical Conditioning (I/II/II) abilities provide +10/+20/+30 minutes (all cumulative)
The timer is frozen when inside villages and towns
New keys:
Switch Party Member (Shift+Tab)
Sheathe Weapons (Z)
Main menu Continue button
The switch camera mode (End key) now disables Manual Combat Mode when it is set to UI Mode. Manual Combat Mode sets the camera mode to Free Look Mode.

Bug-fixes:
Added the corresponding Combat Skill ability (like, Feyzir Magic) to many spells that were missing them
Lack of space between charges with UI size greater than 1
Sometimes Pain Threshold and Strong Pain Threshold not showing the real HP threshold in the Character Panel
Diana level up progress was stuck
Loading the game inside the Tutorial cause repeating tutorial messages later
Reduced aggro of villagers in Glenvael
Games with version lower than 2.0.0 were not saving new attribute increments. This is fixed now. Still those versions are still incompatible and don't expect fixes like this.
