■ECHOLOCAUTION Fan Content Policy■

These guidelines establish the conditions for fan contents related to the game title "ECHOLOCAUTION" (hereinafter referred to as "the Game") distributed by "Hakoniwa Hakobiya" (hereinafter referred to as "the Circle"). These terms and conditions apply not only to the Steam version of "ECHOLOCAUTION" but also to other platforms (Nintendo Switch version). If you intend to publish or sell fan contents of the Game, please follow these guidelines.

【Permission for Fan Contents for Non-Profit Purposes】 Entities without legal personality, such as individuals or amateur circles, may produce, distribute, and disseminate fan contents (fan art, doujinshi, music arrangements, figures and other 3D crafted items, etc.) based on the Game, but only for non-profit purposes.

【Prohibited Acts in Fan Content Activities】 When publishing or selling fan contents, please strictly adhere to the following conditions:

• Prohibition of content against public order and morality

• Prohibition of content that infringes or may infringe on the rights of others

• Prohibition of non-creative or low creativity content, such as copying, scanning, sampling, tracing, etc., of the Game, the Game's setting materials, soundtracks, etc.

• Prohibition of content that damages the image of the Circle or the Game

• Prohibition of activities that falsely claim to be the Circle or official Game activities

• Prohibition of content that could potentially be misunderstood as a product of the Circle or official Game

If a fan content falls under any of the above conditions, we may ask to cease the publication or sale of the fan content.

【Regarding Works Containing R-18 (NSFW) Content】 We permit the publication and sale of R-18 (NSFW) works in fan creations of the game. However, please ensure that these works are published in appropriate places and settings (such as sensitive content settings) to prevent them from being viewed by minors.

【About the Sale of Paid Creations】 Fan contents of the Game can be sold in the following ways, for example:

• Sale of fan contents at amateur events

• Sale of fan contents by mail order

• Orders and requests related to the Game through commission services

However, when selling, in addition to the "Prohibited Acts in Fan Content", please strictly adhere to the following conditions:

• Prohibition of commercial use through a corporate body

• Prohibition of crowdfunding projects related to the Game

• Prohibition of using the official logo of ECHOLOCAUTION on fan contents

• Respect for the copyright of the original creator

• As long as the Game continues to be officially sold, the creator or requester must have played the Game!

【Disclaimer】 The Circle will not assume legal responsibility for copyright infringement, etc., related to fan contents published and sold in accordance with these guidelines. Also, the Circle will not be responsible for any trouble or damage caused by fan contents.

【Changes to the Guidelines】 The Circle may change these guidelines as needed. The revised guidelines will take effect from the time they are published by the method designated by the Circle. Please check the latest guidelines when using them.
