■ECHOLOCAUTION Game Streaming Policy■

These terms and conditions are established by "Hakoniwa Hakobiya" (hereinafter referred to as "our circle") and pertain to the posting of videos and live streaming related to the game title "ECHOLOCAUTION" (hereinafter referred to as "the game") that we distribute. These terms and conditions apply not only to the Steam version of "ECHOLOCAUTION" but also to other platforms (Nintendo Switch version). When publishing gameplay videos of the game, please comply with the following terms and conditions.

【Permission for Video Posting and Live Streaming】 The Game allows video posting and live streaming on major video sharing platforms (such as YouTube and Twitch). Monetization using partner features officially provided by video platforms is also permitted. However, usage will be denied in the following cases:

  1. If it is obscene, violent, or otherwise against public order and morals.

  2. If it unfairly damages the reputation or credit of the Circle or the Game.

  3. If it violates any laws.

  4. If the Circle deems it inappropriate for any other reason.

【Usage of Official Artbook】 Statements or content related to the Game's official artbook are allowed in videos. However, please follow the conditions below:

  1. Use it within the bounds of common sense, as part of content that shares impressions or explanations.

  2. Prohibit secondary distribution of the official artbook.

【Methods of Capturing Videos and Still Images】 Capture videos and still images using the following methods:

  1. Videos and still images captured using the game console or Steam client's share feature.

  2. Videos that capture and edit the customer's gameplay using a PC capture board or video editing software, independent of the game console or game features.

  3. Key visuals and screenshots from the Circle's game titles.

【Disclaimer】 The Circle will not be held legally responsible for copyright infringement or other issues related to videos or live streams posted in accordance with this agreement. Furthermore, the Circle will not be held responsible for any troubles or damages arising from video posting or live streaming.

【Changes to the Agreement】 The Circle may change this agreement as needed. The amended agreement will take effect from the time it is announced by the method designated by the Circle. Please make sure to check the latest agreement when using our content.

【Promoting the Game】 We are delighted that many people can be introduced to ECHOLOCAUTION through gameplay videos! We hope you will enjoy the Game and share the charm of ECHOLOCAUTION with as many people as possible.

【Regarding the Use of Logos】 You are free to use the logo images below. Please feel free to use them for video thumbnails and live stream thumbnails, etc. However, if our circle deems the usage inappropriate, we may deny its use. Please understand this in advance.
