Dungeons of Alethrion changes
Big ones!
Snow Floors! Has Yetis that pound the ground and throw snowballs. They have good range on both attacks. Also the new ice snakes, they shoot laser projectiles once active.
New Modes! Choose between Arcade, Frenzy, and Plunder Rush! These are available with either one or two players
Arcade is the classic mode that has always been in the game
Frenzy has tons of enemies, more portals, and much higher enemy limit caps, so you'll have much more to fight
Plunder Rush is a mode where you must watch the hourglass time before it reaches zero otherwise you get a gameover. You can turn back the timer by grabbing treasure or defeating bosses.
New Rewards to Get
New skill called Alchemist, which gives you a small health potion if you activate the blue meter and have an open inventory slot
New fortune called Refresh, this maxes out your health
New fortune called Exterminate, this clears out the monster meter, but doesn't work on boss floors
Additional Changes
Gaya's vines are now destroyed by enemy attacks, she was OP for too long!
Spawners make more enemy types and higher level enemies more often
Elder Gargoyle vines act as a wall so you can't shoot projectiles through it
Candles shoot fire for a little while longer
Added player death sound
Spider Queen has less health
Candles do a bit more damage
Vito does a bit more damage on his normal orb shots
Permanent items in a cooldown have a darker overlay on them so it's easier to tell it's in a cooldown
Holy Water item does a lot more damage but has longer cooldown
D-pad vertical buttons now move on the pause menu along with the level up reward screen
