Oh yeah more particle optimizations and we rewrote tracking like we wanted to for a long time huh. Aren't we supposed to be finishing the upgrade information stats?

One last important thing before the rest. Ehem.
ENEMIES ABSORB 2X WHAT THEY USED TO
So shooting enemies with the wrong color used to heal them a little. Now it heals them a lot. But it's the same for you. You get to switch colors, they can't! And you evolve. Quit complaining!
It was: both you and enemies absorb 61.8% of shot damage as health.
Now: same for player, but enemies absorb 127.2% of shot damage as health.
Was: 4 upgrades of wrong shot damage penalty to completely remove this and 5 upgrade would do ~15% damage on wrong shot color
Now: 3 upgrades of wrong shot damage to completely remove this and 4th upgrade does 42% damage and 5th upgrade does 85% damage
Reflected shots on Elite still do 0.8^(2*upgrade) dmg to player
What else is new?
Small changes to most guns, most notably shotgunner and flamethrower Homing/tracking works a little differently now. Look out for changes and let me know if anything is broken. Fixed MothMind causes massive slowdown with new optimizations Fixed missing sprite crash when a bird catches a fish Poison and slow effectiveness reduced
