Added a Goodwill cost to some equipment
Increased the chance of receiving resources when sparing enemies
Removed single-enemy waves from medium and harder encounters
Berserk Orcs can now target anything, not just enemies

Fixed an issue where quest entries were not marked as completed when leaving stations too quickly
Fixed an issue where equipping an Orc was sometimes impossible
