Shunting can now be scheduled after the end of the order list, or upon a train's next visit to the garage
Fixed a bug where houses could spawn inside bridges
Fixed an issue where edges of high dpi icons would be noisy on fractional scale factors on some graphics drivers
Fixed an issue where the player's default temperament option was applied to trains in tutorials
Fixed incorrect tooltips for default temperament selector popup
Train sub-windows (orders, shunting, info) are now mutually exclusive and glued to the main window
