Added a tool to get tile information (such as elevation)
Fixed a bug where the Spingaroo could not be used for the Kinetic Fury achievement
Fixed a bug where train paths were sometimes cut too short when modifying tracks on their reserved paths
Fixed a bug where trains acted as if the last tile of a bridge or tunnel was electrified and high-speed even it wasn't
Fixed range indicators not showing up for farm and logging camp test placement tools
Fixed an extremely rare bug where it was possible to derail a train leaving a bridge or tunnel by destroying the next tile while the train was exactly on the edge of that tile
Marked executable as preferring discrete GPUs on some Windows systems
Added command line flag to disable dpi detection
