Disposable Corps: Tactical Trench Warfare changes
We are a few days into our Refactoring Update playtest, and the battles have been intense.
We have been monitoring your feedback closely. Based on your reports, we have just deployed a hotfix addressing several critical bugs, map exploits, and UI issues.
Here is the breakdown of what has been fixed and what we are still investigating.
✅ Fixed Issues
Gameplay & Exploits
- Map ExploitsFixed an issue where players could clip through border walls to attack from underground Note: Attempting this will now result in death.
Building Exploits: Prevented players from exploiting wall clipping to build spawn points, factories, or produce tanks in unintended locations.
- TutorialFixed a critical bug where players could accidentally be placed into another player’s tutorial level.
- RespawnFixed an issue where respawn timers could become negative.
- KnockdownFixed an issue where characters could become stuck after being knocked down twice.
Combat & Vehicles
Tanks:
Fixed an issue where collapsed buildings could push tanks into the ground.
Fixed tank barrels clipping into enemy armor.
Adjusted tank armor deformation thresholds.
- AnimationFixed animation issues caused by switching weapons during reload.
- Machine GunsFixed incorrect machine gun operator positioning.
Quality of Life: Separated sensitivity settings for iron sights and scopes.
UI & System
- NotificationsFixed cases where kill and money gain notifications would get stuck on screen, or where notifications intended for other players appeared for your team.
- Match FlowFixed an issue where selecting “Start Next Match” would incorrectly open the post-match chat.
Settings: Language settings are now correctly saved between sessions.
⚠️ Known Issues (Under Investigation)
We are aware of the following issues and are actively working on solutions:
Stats: In rare cases, all players’ kill counts may display as 0.
Construction: Rapidly queuing tank or artillery construction may cause them to stack vertically.
Objectives: Some objective points may spawn without defending AI (likely due to low AI count settings).
Friendly Fire: Suicide may still be incorrectly counted as killing a friendly unit, resulting in money loss.
Language Switching: Switching language mid-match may cause UI elements (like kill feeds) to stop updating.
Machine Guns: Interacting with MGs may occasionally make them unusable or, in rare cases, teleport the player to an abandoned tank position.
Visuals: Sniper scope movement may still feel unstable, and character IK may rarely display "surrender-like" hand poses.
📅 The Battle Continues
The playtest runs through January 4, so there is plenty of time to check out these fixes.
