changedThe VHS filter in Disminal has been reworked entirely from scratch. Chromatic aberration, color bleeding, and that bottom messiness usually seen in VHS videos have all been replicated.

The VHS filter in Disminal has been reworked entirely from scratch. Chromatic aberration, color bleeding, and that bottom messiness usually seen in VHS videos have all been replicated.
It is still a work in progress, but this already makes it a good alternative to the MPEG (video degradation) filter.
Filter tuning and overall image color adjustment controls will be added in future updates.
