Shield and Summon scaling fixed

Minor update expanding on the previous card (or loot) level update. Until now shield and summon cards did not improve with either the card level or upgrade level. Now they do.

For shields, their durability (health) scales up, and for creature summons both their attack and health increase with level and upgrade.
addedShields have also gotten a couple new modifiers, and the modifier that increased damage of attacks reflected by the shield back at enemies should now properly work for all shields that drop with it.
