Recruitment & Hiring

Before adding new specialists to your company, you’ll first need to find them. You can now choose from multiple HR companies, each with its own characteristics that affect the hiring process.

You can pay more to attract highly skilled employees, or spend less to hire less experienced staff and train them over time. But remember — improving employees also comes at a cost. There are five main employee types in Devices Tycoon:

• Designers

• Programmers

• Engineers

• Researchers

• Marketers

Employee Upgrades

Every employee can be upgraded to improve your company’s performance. Upgraded engineers produce higher-quality devices, while skilled programmers reduce bugs that may affect your products later on. Improved employees also generate more research points, which can be invested into developing new features for your devices.

Employee Wellbeing: Vacation & Bonuses

Over time, your employees will get tired — and it’s up to you to take care of them:

• Send on Vacation – Restores their condition but makes them temporarily unavailable for work.

• Give a Bonus – A quick morale boost when you can’t afford to lose them for a while.

Keep your team motivated, balance efficiency with wellbeing, and watch your company grow stronger every day.
