This is a very exciting update! I've wanted to make sure this game stays as casual as I can make it. With this in mind, I know controller support is going to be key in helping with this mission.

This was accomplished with one big change to the overall gameplay, directional aiming.

This is a very exciting update! I've wanted to make sure this game stays as casual as I can make it. With this in mind, I know controller support is going to be key in helping with this mission. Now, I am happy to officially announce that controller support is live! This was accomplished with one big change to the overall gameplay, directional aiming.

Along side the addition of directional aiming are the following changes:

  • 3 new boons were added in. Rusty Nail, F Key, and Pandora's Box

  • Change to the Acid and Blood splatter so they would pool together instead of look like little coins.

  • New Get alive option for each map, more info about this below.

  • Update to how to unlock maps.

  • Full controller support throughout the UI.

Exit's on each map

Most maps, not all, have 6 exits that are randomly chosen from at round 20 to be the "Available Exit". The exit becomes available at round 20 and remains open, along with a prompt on the HUD disclosing the location of the exit.

New Unlock Criteria

Along with the exits, this gives us the opportunity to change the way maps are unlocked. The maps have stayed the same criteria for the most part, except for the following maps:

  • Encampment - Get out alive on Stronghold

  • Swamp - Get out alive on Asylum

  • Woods - Get out alive on Island Ruins

This change also has given me the opportunity to set up for future additions and criteria. More to come ːsteamhappyː

New Boons!

I hope to make new boons, and weapons regular to these updates, so that the game content and play options are consistently expanding. Unfortunately, no new weapons on this update. I have a few written out, just need to make the assets for them.

Rusty Nail

Removes 1 from the player's max health

F Key

Press over a spawning zombie to stop the zombie from spawning. Maybe the zombies just want some respect?

Pandora's Box

For the chaos lover in all of us. When removed from your inventory (via the Sigil), add 5 random boons to your player.
