Take another look! We pushed an update today that changes up the prologue and tutorials to get you to the bulk of the playtest faster.

Here are some of the highlights:
We trimmed the fat and reworked the prologue to improve the narrative flow. We've also added new lore and converstions!
UI is more responive in general, and a fast-forward is now possibly by holding tab ("Y" on controller)
Betahub now allows suggestions, and can report crashes
All Bosses have been improved, prologue enemies have been buffed substantially
Fixed some major bugs, including resistances not working, status effect duration going infinite, and taunt not working properly.
A lot of these changes came as a direct result of the feedback we received! Give this patch a try and tell us what you think!
PATCH NOTES (v0.7.1) Content:
Prologue narrative flow has been overhauled and improved
New NPC conversations have been added
New Items and Lore added to Prologue
An alternative ending to the Custodian side-quest has been added.
New animations for player characters and NPCs
New sound effects
Features/UI:
UI responsiveness increased across all screens
Suggestions enabled in beta-hub! Hotkey: backslash
Crash reporter now hooked up
Holding "Tab" now fast forwards through dialogue ("Y" on controller)
Icons now display dynamically in the mini-map as the story progresses
New "Inspect" feature added for controller
A units basic attack range is now displayed on-move

Balance:
All bosses have new tricks up their sleeves
All prologue enemies have been significantly buffed
Enemies will now often prioritize the frontline when using a melee attack
Whistler no longer uses sharp-grenade
Slightly reduced evade on hound and wasp to make combat more consistent
Bulwark no longer applies Damage Down at rank 1. AP cost has been lowered
Many more small tweaks
Bugfixes:
Fixed an issue with debuff durations going infinite
Fixed an issue where resistances were not working across all enemies
Fixed an issue with taunt, its perhaps working too well now...
Fixed an issue where Fabricators would just give up
Fixed an issue where [redacted] would just give up
Fixed an audio settings corruption issue. Default audio settings now sound better
Fixed an issue where going to the left in character creation would not work
Fixed an issue where it was possible to revive dead heroes with Medimist
Adjustments and fixes for many initiative portraits
Fixes for various abilities not working as expected
Fixed issue with button spam during character creation
Many various UI fixes
Many more various small fixes and description corrections
