TLDR; I've completed the Dullahan and 4 of her attacks. I've implemented the code for items in combat. I am currently working on animations for using items for ALL* the characters.

addedFor the Dullahan, the new thing I had to add for her attacks is the blueprint for the self destruct move. All you have to know is that it works. 50% will end yourself and friends. Anyone that is armor broken will have 100% chance of not surviving.
addedFor items, the current items work but I haven't added any offensive items yet. So might add in a few of them while or after I animate everyone. Monsters can not use items for now. I can't comprehend a normal alligator using a flint lock pistol and reloading it. I can animate that but it would be too goofy and emersion breaking for the theme and logic of the world. Maybe someone could mod it in in the far future.
