First of all, there is a decent amount of stuff I still want to implement for this update. It will be version 0.2.0 b and I'll probably implement it within the next 2 weeks to a month from now. This includes:
Colosseum mode's Leveling Tier system
Free camera mode menu
Adding more visual wise to the colosseum to take advantage of UE 5.5's Lumen lighting
I also want to expand the inventory system and the use/collecting of items but that's for a later update.
Now, I should explain some of the update. There are 2 COPIES of the game now. One with ray tracing off (the default) and one with it on. The reason why is because UE doesn't allow you to turn it off and on in-game for now so this is my short solution to implement Raytracing. Honestly, there's not much difference visually since I haven't implemented any new designs to the stage yet so...
The Knight is a human character that should be able to equip weapons, but not right now. The Equipment system is not ready yet. Other Humans should be able to equip corresponding weapons to their class when I have all the systems ready.
The Team Attacks are a remedy to the long combat times of 3 v 3 fights. They are enacted when you choose the same attack for your characters with in the turn. This results in you rushing down an opponent and reducing the time of the turn by skipping all other cooperating character's turns. I'll probably add other mechanics to make the combat more better but I don't want to throw any and all ideas that could be brought up just yet.
and that's it for now. Expect another update hopefully within a month. If there's any issues or suggestions, I'd like to hear it. and hope you have a nice day. I still need to rework some of the art... and the music...
