Very huge news today. Offbrand games and Northernlion are helping us to publish Demon Bluff!

We're really happy to be working with offbrand games, Ludwig, and Northernlion to make the best possible version of Demon Bluff. They'll be helping us with marketing the game, promotions, and lots of other cool stuff. Thanks to their help, we’re able to focus all our energy on the most important thing: developing and polishing Demon Bluff so we can release it in 2026!

PLAYTEST UPDATE

To celebrate our new partnership, we’re launching an update to the Demon Bluff playtest build today. It adds an experimental new deckbuilding mode! This is very early, and not final, but we're excited to get it into your hands and hear any feedback you have on what works, what doesn't, and what you'd want added to it to really make it great!

On top of the experimental deckbuilding mode, this playtest update also adds:

  • New music!

  • Lots of new/improved character art

  • New background art

  • New animations when revealing, hovering, and killing cards

  • New character - the Rambler! Ability: Tells you something interesting.

  • Ability changes for Baa, Dreamer, and Druid:

  • BaaAbility changed from "One fake Outcast is added to the Deck view" to "Hide 1 Outcast in the deck"
  • DreamerAbility changed from "Pick 1 character: Learn an Evil role." to "Pick 2 characters: Learn a role that's among them, and one that's not."

  • Druid: Ability now resets after every Night, instead of only being usable once.
