addedCommerce scenario and contracts have been updated to use new medicine and liquor resources. Was also a fix in that the a commerce scenario food requirement was only counting algae bars, not food also.

I've made a change to selection shape around characters, ships and collectable resources, You'll now see a dashed hexagon. I thought this makes things clearer, when selecting either a tile, or characters / onboard scrap. Also for salvageable resources the selection is now coloured depending if set to collect or not. Makes things a bit more consistent and easier to see.
