Hauler / Mining Droid Improvements and Fixes - v0.8.0.40

Mining droid now updates status to show "Idle (no job in range)", if asteroids for hauling are out of range (so now same as hauler). I've also had a bug report stating save files are being corrupted.

I've also had a bug report stating save files are being corrupted. This seems similar to a previous issue where o2/co2 values were getting set to 'not a number' in the save due to divide by zero issue. I've added some more checking to my code, but if you are seeing any problems do let me know and send me any problem save files. I'll be doing some further testing on this, this weekend.
