Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a bug where the game sometimes wasn’t saved correctly

  • Fixed an issue where losing Act 1 forced you to restart the Tutorial from scratch

  • Fixed a bug where the Collection wasn’t displayed properly

  • Fixed a bug where Act 2 remained locked even after beating Act 1

  • Abandon Run now works as expected

Tutorial

  • Added a! icon with Tips, always accessible during play

  • Players can now retry a battle when losing in Act 1, with tips shown to help

  • Nerfed Act 1: all starting compositions get -1 character, making the tutorial more balanced and approachable

Quality of Life

  • Added drunk state visual indicators

  • Patch notes are now shown in-game

  • Codex improved with better organization and content

  • Actions & Items now have improved and simplified descriptions

  • Added Unlock All (all acts and captains) and Discover All (view all units and items) options under Settings

  • Added indicators for when a unit is Fully Loaded or has used their Action

  • Complete rework of all descriptions: actions, items, and keywords are now clearer

  • Much simpler action descriptions with icons and an expandable/collapsible extra info panel

  • Clearer target indicators for InFront and Behind

  • Reduced sound volume of certain sounds.

Balance - Slight nerf to Burn

  • Pyromaniac action 1 reduced by 1 pip

  • Rework of Burn mechanic , now more realisticBurn stacks are reduced by 1 when they deal damage, and spread when they don’t

What’s Next - Demo Version

We’re now heads-down building the Demo, which will include:

  • Final polish

  • Balancing improvements based on playtest feedback

  • Translation into 16 languages
