Fixed issue with bulldozer sound not playing
Added discord, Youtube and website link to main menu
When playing game, cursor is now locked to game (doesn't go to second monitor). When in Main Menu, cursor can move freely to other screens.
Fixed issue in Play offline button, with places, where it didn't react to player cursor
Fuel stations are now clickable objects, displaying selection circle
Refuel now costs money. For now all of the cars has 100 coins max refuel. Payment is calculated from this maxium.
Added sound for refuel
In HQ picking Phase, HQ stays under cursor and has red transparent color so it's obvious that You can't place it at that spot. It gets colored only on placable positions.
In exclusive picking Phase, added alpha effect on mouse over buildings which are my exclusive buildings. This will help recognize that player can deselect building.
Changed orange player color because it was too similar to yellow

Added fading money below total money with green or red color to show by how much was money changed
Removed centering on car when car is clicked from car list

Added info that offline game doesn't count towards leaderboards
