Squad Commanders,
This is not a drill. A new transmission has come from Luxorix HQ:
>URGENT. PLAYTEST IS OUT. ALL SQUADS TO DEPLOY.
A number of changes have been made to both synth and environment systems. Make preparations and get ready for:
New Energy System.
Each squad member now has access to multiple skills that require smart selection, tactical timing and strategic use of energy. Take advantage of this flexibility in combat to discover the full potential of your squad.
Reworked Metaprogression.
This time, it’s all about variety: new weapons, implants, and skills. As commander, it’s your duty to lead the squad as effectively as possible. Adapt, experiment and exploit every option to unlock wild synergies and build loadouts even we didn’t see coming. Pressure either breaks or makes humans stronger. Synths? They only thrive under pressure.
Redesigned Camp System.
Rest stops are no longer just for patching wounds or occasionally grilling a steak. Now, your pool of available activities depends on who’s in your squad. Bring different heroes to unlock all options. Choose wisely, so every stop counts.
All of these changes were made to enhance replayability offering a broader range of variety, and improve the progression system. What do you think? How does it feel?
