Dawn of Andromeda changes
Developer GreyWolf Entertainment and publisher Iceberg Interactive are delighted to announce that real-time space 4X title, Dawn of Andromeda, has now left Early Access and is available on Steam and all major digital game sites. Having spent several months successfully in Early Access, the team has implemented much of the community feedback and guidance provided by dedicated fans. Erik Schreuder, CEO of Iceberg Interactive, says “Today marks a major release for us, and our team is happy to report that we have arrived in space! We have worked tirelessly to provide fans with the best version of the game possible and we hope they will enjoy it with today’s full launch.” Of course the game comes with a massive update, bringing all Early Access players the release version of the game. This update comes with many changes and additions, including new animations, new story and late game events and new random events. Most importantly the Eras are now available. We would like to thank all of our Early Access supporters for their feedback and reports and we want all of you to know we will continue bringing updates to Dawn of Andromeda post release.

Added new traits and rebalanced many existing to fit the new council mechanics
Minor races now can't be convinced to join you without first trusting you, and joining is now more expensive
Added Total War mode
Added icons for Characters ships
Added Character button in main UI panel to go straight to Characters tab and select the respective character in the menu
Pirate races now won't attack races in neutral systems and might declare war when protection fee isn't paid
AI is now more active when it comes to taking initiative to propose alliances and non-aggression pacts
Added new story and late game events
Added new random events
Improved AI handling of their colonies infrastructure
Implemented new council mechanics
Codex has been updated with more Lore and new Gameplay entries
Adjusted the scale of most ship models
Prosperity tooltip now updates in real time
Player now start with 5 max research
Camera max zoom now adapts to the galaxy size
Added new artwork for certain events

Fixed bug in which ships would be stuck going back and forth on portals
Fixed Travelers showing wrong Logo after loading a game
Fixed mercenaries continuing their previous route after being hired
Fixed instances where ships weren't correctly being deleted from the game
Fixed Former Tribe Leader trait not working correctly
Fixed instances where units would not attack enemies on sight and just stay idle instead
Fixed Productivity showing 01.0 instead of 1.0
Fixed Art of Craft technology having wrong requirements
Fixed systems being visible in impossible spots when starting a custom game with an empire that has more than one planet
Added option for "none" when choosing pirate clans quantity in custom game creation
Fixed non functioning Pirate Clans quantity popup in custom game options
Fixed failed colonization attempt leaving a selectable but invisible unit in front of the planet
Fixed ships lights flickering
Fixed Mercenaries all having the same weaponry and shields
Fixed Outlaw losing information after loading a game
Ship list now indicates when units are colonizing, mining or surveying
