Dawn of Andromeda changes
We are happy to share that Dawn of Andromeda has just been updated and that Dawn of Andromeda Subterfuge is now available. In Subterfuge, two more races have appeared in Andromeda and are ready to scrap for dominance. The Kri are back in the ascendency and ready to fight for what was once rightfully theirs. However, the espionage-loving Higharth led by their Queen Mother, have arrived from Alpha Centauri and threaten to shake up the balance of the galaxy. The Subterfuge DLC is all about espionage. Hire spies and use them to spy on your enemies, plot high risk assassinations, and steal technology! These are just some of the actions that this new gameplay mechanic will allow you to perform in order to defeat your enemies. In addition, there are two new playable races: Kri and Higharth. Both new races bring new exclusive technologies and traits, changing the way you play.
Planetary projects also make their entry. Research and discover new ways to improve your colonies individually, from terraforming to building unique wonders. Fuel Range is now a limiting factor. You can’t travel from one side of the galaxy to the other anymore without the proper technologies and/or sufficient fuel. Expanding and exploration now requires more strategic thought than ever. And of course there is lots of new content. New technologies, ship parts, events and quests! Aside from the DLC we are also delivering a huge patch for Dawn of Andromeda, this updates brings more changes and fixes and adresses issues raised by the community. Fixed much of Russian Localization

Increased colonization speed
Increased Influence growth speed
Rebalanced chances of invasion events (civilians killed, infrastructure destroyed, etc)
Decreased surveying times
Added Aspect Ratio popup in video options
Double clicking on tech tree technology now adds or removes it from the list
Took out some unnecessary text in Research menu to reduce clutter
Reduced chances of shots missing
Rebalanced some technologies research times
Changed position of some technologies in tech tree
AI now dislikes players who are close diplomatically to their enemies more than before
AI has been tweaked to be less aggressive and take military power slightly less into account
Fixed rare bug that caused cloak not to work
Fixed game not recognizing when players fully explored the map after unlocking the Spacetime Manipulation tech
Fixed bug in which AI and randomly generated ship designs would have excessive weight
Fixed ships getting stuck on portals after loading a game
Fixed custom races being available to be used twice when creating a new game, if player choose a custom race as his starting race
Got rid of some leftover assets that weren't being used and left a small memory imprint
Fixed bug in which random nameless player with no name could send a proposal
Fixed double clicking sometimes not working correctly and camera moving out to wrong unit or planet
Fixed save issues in the German version
Fixed technologies titles being too close to each other
Fixed occasional freezes after going to main menu from the game
Fixed cloak effect staying again after warp
Fixed rare instance where council character not being dismissed when dismiss button was pressed
Fixed rare bug where ships got stuck around sun
Fixed slowdown when going inside dust clouds
Fixed specific achievements occasionally not being triggered
Fixed “Destroy X Monster” decision not being completed under a specific situation
Fixed Tutorials being enabled again despite being disabled in the game options
Fixed various save system related bugs
Fixed missing tooltips
Fixed Main Menu music not playing bug
Fixed player not getting his money back if he has ships in the queue after invading
Fixed various German version mistranslations
Fixed various tooltips not activating
Fixed Resolution popup getting so bug it becomes impossible to select some resolutions
Fixed specific custom race related bugs
Fixed various German version related technical issues
Fixed Traveler ship still being in the game despite being hired
Fixed Construction Blueprint Holograms tech name going over the margins in the top left corner
Fixed bug in which the player would win but no victory screen would show
Fixed alert triggered when AI factions praised, insulted or declared friendship to another faction the player doesn't know about, unveiling them
Fixed various typos
Fixed Era related Achievements not being activated after saving and loading a Era game
