- Map -

  • Sagara starts the game controlling Higo instead of Shimazu

  • Siege indicator lines are thinner so the defenders faction color is more prominent

  • Removed an effect where territory names would be red when a rebel army was spawned

  • Stopped rebel army units visually spawning behind smoke so they are easier to see

- AI -

  • Reduced the amount of money the AI puts towards unrest by actively reducing its desire when its broke

  • Made it so armies might try to fight more risky battles

  • Added a hidden "faction aggression" that builds linearly over time and is capped at different levels by faction personality

  • The AI will consider surrounding enemy army types when recruiting an army

  • Gave the AI an "emergency recruit" so they have a chance to create a defending army before a siege if they have money to do so (Factions with Defensive personality will always try to do this)

  • Added logic so the AI does not constantly try to move its armies into a territory it has under siege

- Unrest -

  • Increased conquest unrest from 10 to 15

  • Added back building degradation when a territory is captured by any army instead of just a rebel army

- UI -

  • Reformatted the Player and AI rebellion notices with different font and layouts

  • Made most things use the same font

  • Reformatted the tooltip hierarchy with spacing and color

  • Made speed buttons turn red as a visual indicator when the game is paused

- Audio -

  • Added a lowpass filter on the music as an audible indicator when the game is paused

  • fixed bug where game music still played on the main menu after ending a campaign

- Bug Fixes -

  • fixed bug where the faction bonus siege time was not getting removed from a territory in some cases

  • fixed bug where armies could select a non-walkable territory in a rare fallback case

  • fixed bugs resetting the game state and faction selection UI after ending a campaign and starting another

WOW you made it to the end 😮 .... what are you waiting for, go check out the the playtest 🙂
