Perk System Update & Quality of Life Improvements
A major new update is here, introducing a dynamic perk system, a new merchant, and a host of gameplay and UI enhancements!
New Feature: Perk System
Perk Merchant: Encounter a new merchant during your runs, offering powerful perks in exchange for currency. Customize your playstyle on the fly and adapt to each run’s unique challenges.
Available Perks:
Backstabber: Deal 1 extra damage when attacking from behind.
Agile Stance: Your first turn-around action each turn is free.
Saboteur: Enemies deal 1 extra damage to each other.
Critical Strike: Abilities have a 33% chance to deal double damage.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where the Bear Trap ability would sometimes not appear.
Bear Trap now works with all overtime effects and can be swapped during runs without issues.
Addressed several minor bugs and visual glitches.
Minor UI visual updates for a smoother experience.
Quality of Life Changes
Phantom Dash and Bear Trap are now part of your starter kit—no need to purchase them separately (subject to change for full release).
New players now skip the lobby phase and jump straight into the action.
Tweaked sound effects for a more polished audio experience.
Music now plays in a random order, keeping each run feeling fresh.
