added[NEW] Added the ability to turn off and on the new texture streaming. Disabling texture streaming increases VRAM usage as the largest textures will be used.
changed[FIX] Steam Cloud Saves could be unreliable and not uploaded properly and synced. This was made worse by the last hotfix but should now be resolved and significantly more reliable than previously.
