Regarding the distribution of the CRYMELIGHT (hereinafter referred to as the “Game”) Fan Kit (hereinafter referred to as the “Kit”)

By downloading the Kit, you are deemed to have agreed to the following Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”). Please read the following carefully before downloading or using the Kit.

If you are a minor, please ask your parent or legal guardian to review these Terms and obtain their consent before downloading or using the Kit. Please do not download or use the Kit if you do not agree to these Terms, or if you are a minor and have not obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian.

♠ Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)

The Kit is a collection of official materials that customers may use when personally enjoying the Game. The Kit may be used free of charge solely on the internet, including video-sharing platforms and social media services, provided that you comply with these Terms.

Article 2 (Rights)

All copyrights and other rights relating to the Kit and all materials and data included in the Kit (collectively referred to as the “Kit Materials”) belong to FURYU CORPORATION (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). Distribution of the Kit does not transfer any such rights to customers.

When using the Kit Materials, you must include the following copyright notice:

Article 3 (Prohibited Uses)

The use of all or any part of the Kit Materials for any of the following purposes is prohibited:

(1) Transferring, selling, purchasing, lending, distributing, or sublicensing the Kit Materials to any third party

(2) Using the Kit Materials for commercial or profit-making purposes. However, videos that use the Kit Materials may be monetized on video-sharing platforms such as YouTube and Twitch, provided that monetization is conducted solely through official partner programs or similar features provided by the applicable platform.

(3) Using the Kit Materials for the purpose of defaming or slandering the Company or any third party

(4) Using the Kit Materials in any manner that damages the image of the Company, the Game, or any character appearing in the Game

(5) Using the Kit Materials to promote products, services, or other content unrelated to the Game

(6) Excessively editing or modifying the Kit Materials

(7) Combining the Kit Materials with content unrelated to the Game

(8) Removing or altering any trademarks or copyright notices relating to the Kit

(9) Using the Kit Materials to advertise or promote services or products unrelated to the Game

(10) Using the Kit Materials in any manner, form, or location, including websites, that violates laws, regulations, or public order and morals

(11) Using the Kit Materials in any other manner or form that the Company deems inappropriate

Article 4 (Disclaimer)

The Company distributes the Kit on an “as is” basis and does not guarantee its usefulness.
The Company shall assume no liability for any dispute between a customer and a third party or any damage suffered by a customer in connection with the use of the Kit Materials, except where such dispute or damage is attributable to the Company.
If the Company becomes involved in litigation or another dispute with a third party due to a customer’s inappropriate use of the Kit, the customer shall resolve such dispute at their sole responsibility and expense and shall not cause any inconvenience to the Company.

Article 5 (Revocation of Permission)

If the Company determines that the Kit Materials have been used in violation of these Terms or in a manner that the Company deems inappropriate, the Company may revoke the customer’s permission to use the Kit Materials and may request their removal, recommend that their use be discontinued, or take other legal action.

The Company shall assume no liability for any damage suffered by the customer as a result of such measures.

Article 6 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The use of the Kit Materials shall be governed by the laws of Japan. If any dispute arises between the Company and a customer who has used the Kit Materials, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
