Cosmic Raze changes
Because I'm a workaholic I put together another patch before I head out. Have been testing all morning, and everything seems stable. I really am leaving until tomorrow now. Really.

Patch Notes
Balance
Power: Panic Shield now lasts for 4 seconds
Enemy: The Basic Valknari ship ("Sea Slug") has 15 more health on the shield, but 10 less health on the ship itself.
Enemy: The Valknari "Armordillo" (one step above the basic ship) now has +20 health and +5 damage, but moves and charges its attack a little slower.
QoL
Negascope has a quieter, less intrusive sound
Harvester synergy text has been updated with the correct synergy info.
Bugs
Fixed a bug that would lock the game if you opened the pause menu at the "Wave End" screen in combat
Panic Shield now correctly protects against all types of damage.
Callback now properly counts as a sweeping weapon
Added a fix to hopefully prevent rare instances where waves simply won't end. This may take more investigating, but hopefully it helps.
