Cloak And Coin changes
Greetings Thieves,
I just wanted to put together a quick post to thank each and every one of you who’s tried out the Cloak And Coin demo! Today, we officially crossed 1,000 unique players!
The demo has been going incredibly well so far. So many of you have hopped onto the Discord to report bugs, suggest quality-of-life improvements, or pitch new features, and every single one of those reports has been massively helpful. Seriously, it means the world to me. Your feedback is shaping the future of the game, and I can’t thank each and every one of you enough.
For those who love stats, here’s a few fun ones:
Median playtime: 28 minutes, with over 48% of you playing for more than 30 minutes.
The ultra-dedicated: 20 of you have racked up over 3 hours in the demo already!
Player base: A whopping 41.67% of players are from the United States, with Algeria and Indonesia tied for second at 16.67% each.
I’ve also been watching streams and videos of people playing, and it’s a surreal feeling seeing people enjoying a game I’ve poured a lot of time and energy into.
I’m hard at work polishing and tweaking new maps, curses, and equipment for Early Access, and I can’t wait for you all to get your hands on it.
I’m also excited to announce that Cloak And Coin will be part of Next-Fest this October! If you’ve got friends you want to bring along for some heists, that’s a perfect time to get them involved.
Next step: Early Access!
Thank you again for all the support. Keep those bugs, suggestions, and ideas coming! In the meantime, don’t forget to wishlist Cloak And Coin and join the Discord to tell me what kind of heists you’d like to see next.
All the best,
netDOT
