Repeated intro
Hello everyone! For todays build I have been working on the waste system. It works a lot better now! I have also stomped out a number of bugs.
What changed

Cities Virtual Reality changes
Waste can now overflow onto land and cause tiles to become polluted so think about waste pipe placement when routing your cities waste. If too many waste tiles are over one water tile it will start moving onto land.
New canal waste movement:

Added:
- Added it so waste can now overflow onto land.

Changed: - Arrow camera speed.
Patched: - Patched a bug where water falls would show on canal tiles at wrong time. - Patched a new bug related the removal of trees/rocks. - Patched a bug where waste would clump at one location. - Patched a bug where pipes would be placed on land. - Patched a bug where buildings would not be added to power/water grids. - Patched a bug where waste pipes would make waste when there were no buildings to produce it. - Patched a bug where pipes would not be shown when placing water related tiles. - Patched a bug where the line builder would make odd slopes.
There are very few bugs left now(Ones I have found) and as I said last update there are very few things left to add for this build. Build 10 should be fully done within the next 2-3 test builds depending on how things go. CVR development speed might slow down since I have just gotten to my Uni and so I will have new work on my plate in addition to my other projects.
