Hey Catizens!

We’re excited to finally announce the first-ever public playtest for CitaDrill, our in-development roguelike city-builder about drilling into the unknown with a team of eccentric Captains, mysterious buildings, and plenty of strategic (and occasionally silly) decision-making. This build includes:

  • The first fully playable loop,

  • A mix of early-game buildings, enemies, and systems to explore,

  • New UI prototypes and early narrative content,

It's still early days and you’ll see some rough edges and placeholder content — but we’re really eager to gather your thoughts on how it feels to build, explore, and survive in the mines.
