CHEMISTS: Area of infection changes
Hello to all Chemists and newcomers to the game! A new major update and lots of content have arrived.
Event - "Military Training" (February 13 - February 27)
Military reinforcements have arrived in town.
A +50% XP multiplier has been activated.
Card collection has been activated.
New NPC - Military Yard
Buys goods at 85%.
Four new tasks have been added.
Sale of past event goods.
Sale of craft and steel ammunition.
AKM74-M2 and AKM74 sale + exchange for red cards.
New Fish (Fishing)
- 10 new fish have been added to the gameRainbow Trout, Brook Trout, Snakehead, Black Amur, Silver Carp, Lake Trout, Rudd, Black Crayfish, Taimen, and Lenok. - These fish have been added to all 10 fishing spots. - The Fisherman now has notes about the new fish for sale. - A new fishing spot with all the new fish has been added. This spot is hidden and difficult to reach.
Mobs will no longer enter the fishing bridge (all spots). This prevents them from interfering with fishing.
The maximum fish weight has been increased: Perch (5 kg), Whitefish (3 kg), Roach (2 kg), Ide (4 kg), Tench (3 kg), Crucian Carp (3 kg), Sabrefish (1.5 kg), Dace (1.5 kg), Grayling (5 kg), Burbot (12 kg), Pike (25 kg).
New Mutant
A new mob, the "Horsefly," has appeared in the cave in the swamp. The Horsefly is a humanoid mutant that lives in the dark parts of caves and occasionally comes to the surface. It is fast and dangerous.
Hermit Base 2
The base was occupied by bandits. All attempts to drive them out resulted in heavy losses. Be careful if you pass by it.
Workbenches
A crafting workbench was installed in Nikolai's house in the village.
A repair workbench was installed at the Hunter's house.
Visual Damage Effect
A visual effect was added when a character takes damage. The greater the damage, the brighter the effect. This will inform the player of any damage.
Tools
Tony now sells scissors, which are needed to craft duct tape.
Artifacts
"Bio Artifact" now has stats.
Increased chances of collecting speed-class artifacts in the Smoke Anomaly.
Crafting
A key has been added to the crafting menu. When hovering over it, part of the window is hidden, allowing you to view the list of required crafting items for a quest. - The time it takes to create glue in a campfire has been reduced by a factor of 3.
Weapon Modifications
A scroll bar for attachments and skins has been added to the weapon modification window; it appears when there are more than 5 of them.
Map
Environmental objects have been added to the city to highlight points of interest.
A passage in the fence from the Chemists' Yard to the city's Scientists' Base has been opened, eliminating the need to go around. The door near the Forester has also been opened.
A safe teleport has been added from the Black Island area to the sawmill.
Other minor map adjustments.
Mobs
Crocodiles have appeared in Anomalous Zone #1.
Chickens have been spotted between the houses in the village.
Quests
A reward has been added to Gleb's quest to find an artifact. It was previously missing.
The enemy spawn time in Agathon's quest has been adjusted.
Changes
The color of the loot box marking ring has been changed from white to a bright mint/neon green.
Hair has been removed from the character's head.
Items and Loot
The chance of receiving meat from chicken has been increased from 40% to 65%.
The one-time purchase amount of some items from the nurse in town has been increased.
The cost of plants has been adjusted, as well as the difference in reputation gain when turning them in to the Lab Assistant.
Dark Energy Drink - Stamina is now +25 per second.
The probability of receiving Biomass now depends on character level. The base drop rate is 50%.
Miscellaneous
Reputation gain values have been adjusted when trading with the Hunter.
Minor UI and level adjustments.
Bugfixes
Quick save and quick load now work after 1 minute in-game. Quickly using it right at the start could lead to lost mission progress.
Fixed an issue where a sunken car would play the sound of a broken engine when the game started, even though it was far from the player.
Fixed a bug where money was incorrectly displayed in the inventory.
The P1 pistol silencer's ability to support 5.45x39 ammo has been removed.
Mobs south of the village now move.
Fixed a barrier collision.
Fixed a bug where the visual item count in the trade window slider did not change.
You can now change the game difficulty in the main menu.
Optimization
Optimized water damage.
Heavy chunk sizes have been optimized and split into parts. The update size may be increased.
Optimization work has been done on new environmental objects in the city and other locations. - All models have been optimized for draw distance. Lag near the elite settlement should disappear.
NPC draw distance is now limited to 100 meters.
This new content has been translated into supported languages using Google Translate.
