Drugs and Medicine
Cough syrup, sleeping pills, and antihistamines are now on the new drug system.
Sleeping pills are now zolpidem. If you are a nerd you will know this as Ambien. Currently they're very simple and just make you sleepy, there's no funny stuff with hallucinations if you take too much or stay awake. Note that just like real life sleeping pills, if you can't commit to a full night's sleep on these, you are not going to feel great when you wake up.
Antihistamines are now diphenhydramine. If you are a nerd you will know this as Benadryl. Currently they're very simple and just make you a bit sleepy and prevent itching and sneezing, there's no funny stuff with hallucinations or delirium if you take too much.
Regular cough syrup contains acetaminophen, dextromethorphan, diphenhydramine, and ethanol. Diphenhydramine prevents coughing and makes you a bit sleepy.
Non-drowsy cough syrup contains acetaminophen and dextromethorphan. That means it won't stop you from sneezing, but sneezing doesn't wake you up like coughing does, so maybe that's fine.
Bee balm and opioids also prevent coughing, but not for as long.
Cold and flu symptoms other than coughing and sneezing are suppressed by acetaminophen and NSAIDs. That means cough syrup has everything you need to reduce symptoms as much as possible, but if you can't find any, you may be able to cobble together your own cocktail.
The generic drug names option is gone. It hadn't been functional for quite some time anyway. If you're not sure what a drug does by name, look at its description.
Cephalopod Tentacles
Cephalopod tentacles are now a proper body part, to match cephalopod arms. Perhaps confusingly to the humans among you, arms are a cephalopod's "legs", and tentacles are its "arms", though for the cephalopod, arms and tentacles all do the same job, each contributing to move speed, manipulation, grip, footing, balance, and so on. The numbers are now much better balanced so that a cephalopod character should total up to somewhere in the ballpark of what a human can do, while being a bit slower-moving and weaker at striking, but much better at footing, manipulation, grip, and swimming. This is a BIG change from before, where cephalopod had bad hands. Now it's great at that stuff!
Most gear with sleeves or some kind of upper draping (e.g. cloaks) now fits over tentacles. Some soft arm armor, such as chainmail sleeves, will also work. Tentacles aren't suited to rigid armor like plate mail, so don't be surprised if chitin arm guards and the like aren't available.
Tentacles should now properly show up in the "labels" sidebar layout if you have them.
Various Fixes
Many polearms were still craftable with long sticks. This has been fixed, and they now require spear shafts. The polearms which still use long sticks are all low-quality or primitive.
There is now a stabbing practice recipe like the cut and bash ones.
Fixed another improperly migrated Benelli gun.
Fixed a typo with the XL sleeveless jumpsuit.
