ADDED
- New Player ExperienceWe've completely overhauled the tutorial and new player introduction! Players now begin their journey at the Town Docks and the entire tutorial can be completed in public Havens.
A new compass and waypoint system has been added to help guide new players to tutorial objectives.
A "Press to Continue" button has been added to many tutorial steps, allowing players to learn at their own pace.
The "New Player" icon now tracks and displays your tutorial progress, which is also visible in the watch menu.
- "New Player" TitleAccounts under two weeks old or that have not completed the starter quests will now display the "New Player" title.
- Avatar CustomizationYou can now customize your avatar in the Town Clothing Store, which features a new mirror.
- Review ButtonAdded a new button to the Town Stage that lets players leave a review and triggers a Golden Buzzer effect for performances.
UPDATED
The tutorial now guides players to public havens (like the Tavern) instead of the Private Room to encourage social play.
The avatar customization step has been moved to the beginning of the tutorial.
Improved the volume and spatial audio for Dante and Maeve's voice lines.
Dante's voice lines will now "duck" (lower) other game audio to be heard more clearly during tutorial battles.
Performance improvements.
Updated the username font to be consistent with other in-game text.
BALANCE CHANGES
Reduced the difficulty of Unlock Faction Battles, Beginner, and Intermediate AI to provide an easier first experience.
Wandering Executioner: Ability now only targets enemy creatures.
AO Starter Deck: Swapped "Improvised Laws" for "Unlawful Trespass".
FIXED
Fixed a bug where Snaremaster's ability was not being correctly suppressed.
Fixed an issue allowing Fanglor to be duplicated by a Gorging Jelly.
