Today’s post is coming to you a day ahead of the regular schedule with the latest changes I’ve made to Card Chronicles: Devious Deck.
To enhance card synergies that make more sense, I’ve adjusted several card effects. Building on the central mechanic where each card played costs health points, I’ve added more events and specific world cards. One card I’m particularly excited about is LOOP+, which has an 80% chance to reset your current HP to what it was at the start of the last dungeon floor.
I’ve also started updating the tutorial. The previous version felt like a boring wall of text, and let’s be honest, nobody wants to read that much.
Additionally, I’ve adjusted the overall UI structure to ensure a coherent style.
I hope these changes will make the game more enjoyable. Have fun playing!
To finish today post, I want to let you know that I won’t be able to update the game next week as I’ll be visiting my family.
