Cannon Father version 0.8.5 is here! This is a major rewrite of the code base to fix a lot of underlying issues. There are not many new features to this update per se, but there are a bunch of bug fixes, improvements, and optimizations!

Improved look of title screen
Hitbox improvements
Enemies are easier to hit with projectiles
Player is less prone to fall into water when standing on the shoreline
Fixed issue where shopkeeper could get stuck
Reduced cost of shop items
Added more skeleton weapons
Skeletons can now pick up any disarmed weapons
Improved ammo switching HUD
Added score to game over screen
Buried treasure is now marked with an "X"
General HUD improvements
Enemies can now flee if they don't have a weapon or they feel threatened
Improved appearing/disappearing sequences for buried objects/enemies
Enemies now push each other out of the way
More enemies spawn at the start of each wave
Added more demon enemy variants
