Hey Campers! 🏕️
We have released a new hotfix focused on shop behavior, NPC interactions, audio improvements, building placement safety, research progression, shelf issues, and several visual/interaction fixes.
Thank you for your continued feedback and support! Shop & Sign Fixes • Fixed an issue where the shop open/closed sign could display incorrectly from the inside and outside. • Fixed an issue where some customers could leave the checkout without paying. • Fixed an issue where NPCs could leave shopping bags at the checkout and block the shop sequence. • Fixed an issue where customer NPCs could leave the shop too quickly after completing their shopping sequence.
Shelf & Product Fixes • Fixed an issue where products could not be placed on the Small Industrial Shelf. • Fixed an issue where sold products could visually remain on shelves even though the stock had already been sold. • Fixed an issue where item prices could appear to disappear due to incorrect shelf visuals. • Fixed an issue where the socks box had excessive collision and could cause physics problems with the truck.
NPC & Customer Fixes • Reduced the frequency of NPC voice lines to prevent repetitive voice spam. • Fixed an issue where one NPC could appear without the correct clothing. • Fixed an issue where NPC product pickup animations could be interrupted before the item was taken. • Fixed an issue where expired campers, day visitors, or customer NPCs could get stuck at the despawn point.
Worker & Economy Adjustments • Worker wage calculations now properly account for time passed while sleeping. • Adjusted worker-related timing and payment behavior for better consistency.
Audio Fixes • Fixed an issue where changing graphics settings could cause the game audio to turn off, crackle, or become distorted. • Normalized the master audio maximum value from 200% to 100%.
Building & Placement Fixes • Fixed an issue where placing a building directly on the player could cause the character to fall under the map instead of being moved to a safe position. • Improved player safety handling during building placement.
Research & Progression • Removed unavailable items from the Research Screen. • Doubled Research XP gained from all Research XP sources.
Visual & Map Fixes • Fixed an issue where the shop walls could disappear while standing at the chopping block. • Fixed an issue where an unintended helicopter object was visible on the map. We will continue improving the game with more fixes, balancing changes, and quality-of-life updates. Best regards,
