What changed
- Gameplay
- Performance
Hi campers!
🤢 Motion Sickness & Save System
We know that hardcore head movement (Headbob) is part of the atmosphere, but it’s not for everyone. Because of this:
Sensitivity-compatible mode: We've paid special attention to ensuring that players sensitive to motion can enjoy the camping experience without discomfort.
- Default settingsPlease note that Headbob is ENABLED by default for maximum immersion. If you are sensitive to it, don’t forget to disable it in the menu!
Headbob save fixed: From now on, the game will consistently remember your settings. If you turn off head movement, it will remain off even after death or a restart.
🚀 Performance and FPS Optimization
We didn't just want to protect your heads, but your machines as well. We’ve reviewed the graphical settings and:
Optimized higher settings: We’ve fine-tuned the draw distance and shadows on High and Ultra settings.
Stabler frame rates: You can expect fewer FPS drops even in the denser forest areas, making escapes in the dark much smoother.
Thank you for staying with us and helping the game grow! Head back to the campfire, but be careful... because when night falls, the nightmare rises. 🔥
