  • Refinery availability is now monitored while a Harvester is driving or waiting off-ramp.

  • Command upgrades should not have been free - now fixed.

  • Changes to the tech tree reset function. It now doesn't cancel free technologies, but it does re-hide Epochs.

  • A fix for skirmish-only isotope patches being visible in campaign map previews.
