changedCommunity members! Today, our 69th game update goes from Open Beta to the live version. This Open Beta lasted longer than usual to ensure that mod creators would have time to adapt their creations to the latest game version.
addedConquestThe most important changes in this version are for the Conquest/ Dynamic Campaign. Two new buttons have been added for defensive conquest missions. The first one allows players to move the deployment point repeatedly before the battle, saving loads of time in the preparation phase. The second button allows players to skip the preparation phase and begin the battle instantly. We’ve described these two QoL additions in detail in Devblog 164.
addedConquestMore new features are in development for the conquest (Dynamic Campaign) game mode; we’ll reveal these later. We will keep updating Conquest in future updates!
changedGame Version 1.064.0If you last ran the Open Beta, your game will automatically become the same as the live version. If you wish to revert to another version to finish a campaign, you can do so by right- clicking your game in the Steam library. Go to “Properties” - “Betas” and select the previous version of the game.
addedDevelopmentWe’ve got our heads down to produce the next DLC, and we’ll be ready to reveal more soon. As most of you will know, the next DLC is for an entirely new faction. This comes with a huge amount of work, as you’ll be able to tell from the upcoming trailer. We will show you a lot more as soon as we can; stay tuned!
changedDevelopmentYou can find every detail in the usual Changelog. That’s it for today, thanks for stopping by, and we’ll see you on the battlefield!
